Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about choosing, ordering, and maintaining your perfect carpet runner.
How do I choose the correct length for my hallway or stairs?
We recommend measuring the total length of your space and subtracting 12 to 24 inches to allow for floor visibility at both ends. For stairs, measure the depth of the tread and the height of the riser, then multiply by the number of steps, adding an extra 10% for waste and adjustments.
Do I need a rug pad for my carpet runner?
Yes, we strongly recommend using a non-slip rug pad. Not only does it prevent the runner from sliding on hard surfaces, but it also provides extra cushioning and extends the life of the fibers by reducing friction between the rug and the floor.
What is your return policy for custom-cut runners?
Standard size runners can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. However, please note that runners customized to specific lengths or finished with custom surging are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most in-stock runners are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and whether custom finishing is required, shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How should I clean and maintain my runner in high-traffic areas?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is the best way to maintain your runner. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning every 12-18 months to keep the fibers resilient.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, and dye lot variations, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
