Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new carpet runner, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut lengths are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully roll your runner and place it back in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned runner, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
